Blumenfeld (b. 1914) received his dental degree from Marquette University prior to his entry into military service in the Navy where he practiced his trade during World War II both stateside and in the Pacific theater. Featured in an issue of the Wisconsin Jewish Chronicle, Blumenfeld was well-known in dental professional circles both in Wisconsin and nationwide.
